Return & Refund Policy

All products in our store are made to order through a print-on-demand process.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the problem.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

Custom / Made-to-order products
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, customers do not have the right to withdraw from the purchase without reason, in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions for customized goods.

We do not accept returns of items that were worn, washed, or used.
